Obajje Terms & Conditions — Everything you need to know about your rights and responsibilities

These terms and conditions apply to the Obajje platform (obajje.best) and any of its mobile applications. By registering on Obajje or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised to refrain from using Obajje.

Obajje takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Date of birth is verified at registration, and official government-issued ID (National ID / Passport / Driving Licence) may be requested in any of the following circumstances:

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Obajje:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Obajje. Violations may result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds for personal gain
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts
• Selling or transferring account credentials to another party
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Obajje website or app
• Participating in sports fixing or match manipulation
• Harassing other users or disrupting platform operations

Obajje believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — never stress or financial hardship. That's why we provide several protective measures:

• At the user's own request
• Extended inactivity (2 years or more)

Users are generally notified and given reasonable time before a permanent closure. However, accounts may be closed immediately in cases of fraud. Valid balances are typically refunded, while bonus balances are forfeited.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below to seek a resolution:

2. Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, submit a formal complaint by email. Use "Formal Complaint" as the subject line.
3. Step Three: Obajje's resolution team will provide a written decision within 7 business days.
4. Step Four: If you remain unsatisfied, you may apply for independent mediation through the licensing authority.

If Obajje updates these terms:

• Notice will be given at least 7 days in advance via registered email or SMS.
• Updated terms will be announced via official notices on the website and app.
• For major changes, your consent may be required at the time of login.
